To make 400ml Shrub:
250g of Sugar Snap Peas, 1x Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1x Cup of White Sugar.
Finely slice Peas & Pods, add all ingredients into a har & muddle. Leave overnight before straining & bottling.
Build in a Highball filled w/ Ice.
