Cloudy Apple Juice: 1 oz
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Cider Vinegar: 1 tsp
Sprig of Rosemary & Thyme
Sugar Syrup: 2 tsp
Egg White: 1
Ice: Cubed

Method

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice & shake.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
